Appointment CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be sure to provide us with at least a 24-hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We allocate our staff, equipment, and a dedicated room for your scheduled appointment, and failing to give us the required notice for cancellations or no-shows will result in the treatment cost being charged to your appointment.
ARRIVAL TIME POLICY
We kindly request that you arrive punctually, ideally 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow us to properly prepare you for your treatment. Please be aware that if you are 15 minutes late, we will be unable to proceed with the treatment, and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
REVISIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
We retain the authority to make changes to this Policy regarding the Website or Services at our discretion. These changes will become effective when we post an updated version of this Policy on the Website. To signify the update, we will also modify the date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Website following any such alterations will indicate your acceptance of these changes.
